My name is Daniel Kornev, I’m CPO at DeepPavlov.ai, and if I understand you correctly what you’re looking for is a product problem first. If so, well, later this week (Thursday, 9am PST/7pm MSK) I’ll be giving a talk on how one could build an open-dialog bot with us. It’ll include some of the ideas about personas as well (though it might take a bit longer than just one talk).
