is it possible to use AMD’s rocm with deep pavlov? Seems like the framework is searching for a CUDA device only

Hi, @papadako
You could run DeepPavlov either on CPU without any GPU acceleration, or using NVIDIA devices. AMD ROCm isn’t supported.
FYI, I have managed to use deeppavlov with my Radeon VII using pytorch 1.8!
